Artist Statement My paintings are about my life experiences as a woman, both the dreams and the realities. I have been painting for 18 years. My art is constantly changing, having gone from bright, impressionistic paintings in oil to sophisticated collage work in subtle colors in mixed media. When I am in the process, I never know where the work is going to go, and it is very exciting. —
